Remuneration Committee

To enhance corporate governance and strengthen the management of salary compensation, the company has established a Compensation Committee in accordance with the "Regulations Governing the Establishment and Exercise of Powers of Remuneration Committees of Companies Whose Stock is Listed on the Stock Exchange or
Traded Over-the-Counter at Securities Firms.
The Compensation Committee consists of three members and convenes meetings at least twice a year.
The members are appointed by resolution of the Board of Directors, and the term of office for the members of this committee is the same as that of the appointing Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:
The members of this committee shall exercise the duty of care of a good administrator, faithfully fulfill the following responsibilities,
be accountable to the Board of Directors, and submit the proposed recommendations for discussion by the Board of Directors.
  1. Develop and periodically review policies, systems, standards, and structures for the evaluation of the performance and compensation of directors and executives.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and establish compensation for directors and executives. 
  
Operation of Remuneration Committee:
  1. The Company has a Remuneration Committee composed of three members.
  2. Term of the current Committee: From June 19, 2020 to June 18, 2023.
