Forestry Bureau commissioned IDT in 2009 to complete a systematic integration of spatial databases, including converting coordinate systems into TWD97, update of interpretation data, pairing of map data and metadata, building of Chinese names, audit of map data quality (including topological relationship audit, spatial and attribute consistency audit, and attribute and representative code correspondence audit), and constructing of map examples.
