In terms of network security solutions, Interaction International integrates Cisco ASA series firewalls, Cisco IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), and Cisco VPN (Virtual Private Network) solutions to defend against various external threats, providing enterprises with flexible and secure connectivity options. Interaction International also represents NETSCOUT network and application service performance management products, achieving a unified solution for six major network management needs on a single platform: end-to-end network and application service monitoring, bandwidth planning, fault prevention, fault troubleshooting, service level management, and reporting systems.

To address the authentication and management needs on wireless networks such as 3G/4G/5G, WiMAX, and Wi-Fi, as well as fixed broadband networks, our company represents ENEA Aptilo's wireless network core authentication management system. Through ENEA Aptilo's service management platform, wireless network service providers can achieve billing, differentiated services, and control over these networks for each user.

In recent years, the prevalence of smartphones and tablets has led to a significant increase in mobile data volume, with mobile devices exchanging signaling messages with the network, potentially causing Diameter signaling storms that can lead to network paralysis. Our company represents Ribbon DSC products, which feature overload control, congestion control, routing & aggregation, security (topology hiding), and interoperability between different systems, ensuring the stability of Diameter signaling transmission and exchange in 3G, IMS, and LTE networks. The following are detailed introductions to each solution:

Network Security

Interaction International integrates the latest technologies from Cisco ASA series firewalls, Cisco IPS, and Cisco VPN into an unparalleled industry-leading solution that can defend against various external threats, providing enterprises with flexible and secure connectivity options. Additionally, with years of experience in "adaptive threat defense" and "integrated secure access," Interaction International combines various network security and VPN technologies to offer comprehensive application security, anti-X defense capabilities, network resistance and control, and secure connectivity. The proactive threat defense function can timely block attacks before the network is threatened, control network behavior and application traffic, and provide a powerful multifunctional network security equipment series with flexible VPN connectivity. This not only provides extensive and in-depth security functions for protecting small and medium-sized enterprise networks but also significantly reduces the total deployment and operating costs and complexity associated with achieving this security.

Interaction International's professional consulting team in the fields of firewalls, IPS, anti-X, and VPN, comprehensively plans specific security needs for enterprises. Our consulting team plans excellent protection functions for customers, providing suitable services for different locations to meet the special environmental requirements of enterprise networks. By meeting the security requirements of different network segments, the overall network security integrity is enhanced.

Network Performance and Service Management Systems

Interaction International understands that network performance management can optimize networks for enterprises to achieve the goal of enhancing service levels. Network administrators face increasing pressure to meet this goal. To address the need for effective use of network resources and comprehensive fault troubleshooting for enterprises, Interaction International represents NETSCOUT service assurance products. These products achieve end-to-end network and application service monitoring and provide perfect solutions for bandwidth planning, fault prevention, fault troubleshooting, service level management, and reporting systems.

NETSCOUT Service Assurance product architecture consists of data collection hardware (InfiniStreamNG) and service management systems, integrating powerful packet analysis capabilities to help enterprises gain insights into existing complex network application environments, enhance network service quality, and improve overall business efficiency.

Wireless Network Core Authentication Management System

Currently, the management mechanism of wireless network systems mainly uses the RADIUS (Remote Access Dial-In User Service) protocol to provide authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services as defined by the IETF. This service ensures a secure identity authentication environment for users in wireless networks while allowing system administrators to monitor network usage.

To support AAA functionality, wireless network equipment can adopt either the IEEE802.1x mechanism or web redirection mechanism. When using the IEEE802.1x mechanism, once a user connects to the wireless network, they are prompted by an IEEE802.1x client program, built-in or additionally installed on their operating system, to enter a username and password, or the client program automatically uses a digital certificate for authentication. If the web redirection mechanism is used, when an unauthenticated wireless user attempts to access an Internet web page, they are redirected to a login page where they must enter their username and password for authentication. Regardless of whether IEEE802.1x or web redirection is used for authentication, a backend RADIUS server is required to handle the relevant AAA operations. The ENEA Aptilo wireless network core authentication management system, represented by Interaction International, provides comprehensive AAA services in the wireless network domain. It also offers a SIM Authentication Application, allowing mobile devices to seamlessly authenticate and switch to wireless networks via EAP-SIM/AKA directly with the backend AAA server, providing an optimal solution for telecom operators' mobile data offloading.

Diameter Signaling Controller (DSC)

In recent years, the prevalence of smartphones and tablets has caused a significant increase in mobile data volume. To extend the battery life of mobile phones, more signaling traffic is generated. When a smartphone connects to the network to send or receive data, it must switch from Idle State to Active Connection. Each time a connection is activated or disconnected, the phone exchanges signaling messages with the network. Each smartphone can generate hundreds or even thousands of these signaling processes daily, primarily involving Diameter AAA authentication control signaling.

If the application in use is instant messaging, social networking, OTT services, or gaming, continuous "Keep Alive" messages are exchanged between the user and the server, increasing the number of signaling messages. Personalized services further exacerbate signaling transmission volume, as almost any service uses Diameter signaling. This eventually leads to a Diameter Signaling Storm, which can paralyze the network. To mitigate and reduce Diameter signaling storms, the introduction of Diameter Signaling Controller (DSC) equipment is necessary. The DSC has functions such as Overload Control, Congestion Control, Routing & Aggregation, Security (Topology Hiding), and interoperability between different systems. It is the core of the new Diameter network. Much like the central nervous system in the human body, which transmits messages between the brain and different parts of the body, the DSC handles traffic management, routing, and load balancing between Diameter components to ensure scalability and congestion management.
