ABOUT IDT
Interactive Digital Technologies Inc. (IDT) is a sales, service and system integration service provider on audio, video and digital multimedia applications. By offering end-to-end hardware/software integrated solutions to radio and television broadcasters in media creation, data management, information distribution and signal transmission, IDT has contributed to the multimedia industries in Taiwan, serving system operators of radio, television and broadband communications, and media content producers in post production, animation and TV game.
For years, IDT has developed customized solutions composed of industry-leading products that deliver seamless combination of high quality and ease of use. IDT’s solutions ensure efficiency, productivity and creativity in the professional work of video, audio, animation, TV games, and broadcast news. IDT is experienced in digital media integrated and customized solutions that provide most cost performance for customers by enhancing their total system with products compatible to existing system and increasing their competitiveness in the multimedia market.
COMPANY HISTORY
IDT started its system integration services in 1996 as the Digital Media Division under Hitron Technology Inc., a public, leading system integrator in communications and graphical information. Under the environment of fast growing digital media industry, IDT was spun off in May 2003, committed to become a value-added system integration service provider.
In pace with a growing trend toward the digital TV and the development in the future. IDT signed a merger agreement with NDT-Taiwan, a system integrator specialized in video transmission in October 2003 and with Mackarl, a 39-year veteran in radio and television system integration, in August 2004 respectively. Thus, IDT has become the largest system integrator for the industry in Taiwan.
IDT has employed forty full time employees, including twelve experienced sales representatives, five system engineers, four application engineers and eight qualified factory trained service engineers. The professional knowledge of our sales engineers and well trained service engineers enable IDT to earn the highest reputation in business field, and to strengthen relationships with customers as well.
